I GENERAL PROVISIONS

1. The following Regulations define the terms and conditions of operation of the online store: https://larumi-fabrics.com (hereinafter referred to as the "Store") operated by and owned by Larumi Galina Sokolova with its registered office at: ul. Bratysławska 2C76, 31-201 Kraków, NIP: 9452226262; REGON: 382812503
2. The online store allows you to browse goods for sale via the Internet and to place orders for goods offered in the store via the store's website or e-mail.
3. The information contained on the Store Website does not constitute an offer by the Seller within the meaning of the Civil Code, but only an invitation for Customers to submit offers to conclude a sales contract.
4. Every Customer of the Online Store https://larumi-fabrics.com has the right to create their own Customer Account and register free of charge. These steps are not necessary to place an order. During these steps, the customer has the opportunity to consent to the processing of their personal data and confirm that they have read these Terms and Conditions. This is done by checking the appropriate boxes on the form during the registration process.
5. All data provided by the Customer during the registration process is collected by larumi-fabrics.com, and full information on this subject is included in the Privacy Policy located on the Store's home page.
6. These Regulations are available on the Store's home page. 
7. The Customer is prohibited from providing illegal content that violates good manners or the personal rights of third parties. It is prohibited to use the Store's website. https://larumi-fabrics.com for purposes inconsistent with applicable law.

II ORDERS

1. After registration, the Customer can place an order either via the Store's website or by email, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Orders placed are processed on the first business day following the date they are placed.
2. The customer is obliged to correctly complete all fields of the registration form, in particular the e-mail address and telephone number.
3. The Customer will receive confirmation of Registration by return e-mail to the address provided in the registration form.
4. The customer is responsible for the accuracy of the data provided. Larumi-fabrics.com is not responsible for any consequences resulting from incorrectly completing the form. The telephone number and email address will also be shared with the shipping company handling the shipment to facilitate contact with the customer in the event of delivery difficulties.
5. Ordering via the Store's Website is done as follows: The Customer creates a shopping cart by selecting items from the Store's offerings by clicking the ADD TO CART button. Once all desired items are in the cart, the Customer confirms the selection by clicking the ORDER button. After selecting the payment method, shipping method, and transaction confirmation document (receipt, invoice), the Customer pays for the order by clicking the BUY AND PAY button. Order confirmation with all necessary information will be sent to the Customer's email address. larumi-fabrics.com accepts the Customer's offer referred to in point 3 of the GENERAL PROVISIONS chapter and concludes a sales contract with the Customer on the terms and conditions as in the placed order and based on these Regulations. 
6. Ordering via the Store's e-mail takes place as follows: After receiving the order from the Customer via e-mail, larumi-fabrics.com sends the Customer a return message, providing all the information necessary to conclude a sales contract: the price of the selected Goods, possible payment methods, delivery method and terms, and a question about the form of the document confirming the conclusion of the transaction.
7. Ordered goods will be delivered via courier, and the costs will be clearly indicated both during the ordering process and in the order confirmation. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
8. Changing or canceling an order is possible provided that it has not already been forwarded to the shipping company.

III PAYMENT AND DELIVERY

1. Payments for purchased goods can be made in various ways.
2. Via the Pay U SA platform, PayPal or the BLIK system.
3. By direct transfer to the account of Larumi Galina Sokolova at Alior Bank SA Account number:
   • 39 2490 0005 0000 4000 3707 2642 Please include the order number in the transfer title
4. In cash at the showroom at:
   • ul. św. Filipa 5; 31-150 Kraków; personal collection is possible only after prior arrangement by phone or email
5. Deliveries of Larumi goods are made by the courier company INPOST. 
6. The standard shipping cost within Poland is PLN 20.00. Additional shipping features are available if they are included in the service provided by the given carrier.
7. Confirmation of shipment with a tracking number is sent to the customer immediately after shipment.
8. Shipments are delivered within the timeframe and under the terms and conditions set by the courier company. Additional shipping features are available for an additional fee, if they are included in the service provided by the carrier.
9. The cost and delivery terms of international shipments differ from the regular costs of domestic shipments.
10. Larumi is not liable for non-delivery or delays caused by incorrect or incomplete contact details provided by the customer.

IV COMPLAINTS AND WITHDRAWAL FROM THE CONTRACT

1. Larumi ensures the delivery of goods free from physical and legal defects and is liable to the customer under the warranty if the goods have such a defect.
2. The customer has the right to file a complaint regarding the purchased goods under warranty or non-compliance with the sales contract.
3. Any complaints related to the goods or the execution of the sales contract should be sent by phone, letter or e-mail to Larumi Galina Sokolova
4. Complaints regarding mechanical damage to the shipment should be reported to the courier upon receipt. Inspecting the shipment upon receipt and completing a damage report is essential to addressing any claims for damage incurred during transport.
5. The Customer who has concluded the Sales Agreement may, within 14 days from the date of delivery of the goods, withdraw from it by informing Larumi Galina Sokolova of the reason for withdrawal by telephone, letter or e-mail.
6. Larumi Galina Sokolova is obligated to refund all payments made by the Customer, including the cost of delivery, no later than 14 days from the date of receipt of the Customer's statement. If the Customer chooses a delivery method other than the cheapest, Larumi Galina Sokolova is not obligated to reimburse the Customer for any additional costs incurred.
7. A customer withdrawing from a contract will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods. The goods should be packaged to protect against possible damage in transit.
8. Together with the returned goods, the Customer is obliged to provide the original purchase document or bank confirmation of a specific payment operation.
9. Larumi Galina Sokolova stipulates that in the case of selling goods other than in sealed packaging by the manufacturer, i.e. in the case of fabrics in rolls or coupons, which constitutes the fulfillment of individual customer needs, as referred to in Art. 38 sec. 3 of the Act of 30 May 2014 on consumer rights (Journal of Laws of 2014 item 827), the right to withdraw from the contract does not apply, and the purchased goods cannot be returned.

V. FINAL PROVISIONS

1. In the event of a dispute arising under the Sales Agreement, the parties will endeavor to resolve the matter amicably. Polish law will govern all disputes arising under these Terms and Conditions.
2. Larumi Galina Sokolova informs the Customer about the possibility of using out-of-court methods of settling complaints and pursuing claims, referred to in the Act of 23 September 2016 on out-of-court resolution of consumer disputes.
3. Larumi Galina Sokolova reserves the right to change these Regulations.
4. The regulations come into force on May 1, 2021
